Our website is a platform created to allow and enrich the community to contribute and cherish their rich culture. The platform includes the technology, source codes and other related artefacts used to create this website. 

Community Data

In Short: Articles contributed voluntarily in the form of cultural information and language information. 

The contributors to the website voluntarily provide us with articles, etc. in the form of 1) cultural information and 2) language information. These articles can contain any information in the form of text and/or multimedia that provides insight into the culture and language of the community.

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data. 

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Sites or Apps, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our services, when participating in activities on the Sites (such as posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise contacting us. 

Name and Contact Data. We collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and photographs and other similar contact data.

In Short: The website belongs to Nirmaan Society and it is used to enable the services provided, unauthorized copying is not permitted. The data (articles, content) belongs to the community and is the common property of the community.

Our website is a platform created to allow and enrich the community to contribute and cherish their rich culture. The platform, which includes the technology, source codes and other related artefacts used to create this website, is the property of Nirmaan Society. 

Community Data

In Short: We provide promotion and publishing of the articles contributed to us through the site.

We provide a platform for the users of the community to contribute articles and multimedia content about their culture and language for the purpose of enriching the culture and language of the community, and as required, for compliance with our legal obligations. This content is published using our sites. We also promote the contents thus created for achieving the overall objective of developing the language and the community. 

The content is owned by the contributor and not by Nirmaan Society. The review and publication of the content is also done by the members of the community and therefore all ownership of this data rests with the contributor and the community, and is available for public consumption, free of cost.

In Short: We process personal data collected through the site for validation and security, for giving recognition to contributors, for communication as and when required, and for promoting the contents created on the sites. 

We use personal information collected via our Sites for a variety of non-profit purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate interests, in order to perform promotion of culture and language (“Promotion”) of the community, you ("voluntary"), with your full and conscious consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons").
